There are positive and negative emotions. Emotions such as love, compassion and joy should be cultivated positive, while negative emotions such as concern, anger and resentment to be eradicated.

The reality is how well we tend to manage our emotions depends on how aware we are of our emotions, significantly to the emergence of our emotions. At the physical level, our body will stay healthy through adequate sleep and rest, proper nutrition, regular exercise and a healthy atmosphere that is free from pollution.

Religion Health
For centuries, people have consistently wise information and teaches us that we tend to are mainly non secular beings.
